Green Buildings, Good for Business (October 28,2005)
A new Canadian study of green buildings reveals a clear link between the market value of real estate and its environmental friendliness.

Canadian Institute of Public and Private Real Estate Companies changes its name to Real Property Association of Canada; Continues to be Canada's premier association for investment real property leaders (March 28,2005)
Canadian Institute of Public and Private Real Estate Companies (CIPPREC), the national association that has served the investment real property industry for over 35 years, announced today that it has changed its name to Real Property Association of Canada (RealPac).
